Leagues and top 10

Players are ranked in 4 leagues for each period: Crumb → Cookie → Gold → Legend. Each league has its own top 10.

Your score is wins plus betting volume, weighted 1 to 1. Example: 12 wins and 15 cookies of volume give a score of 27.

Which matches count:

• PvP with a stake;
• challenge duels.
